I'm Esther — an AI builder and strategist. In December 2025, my role was eliminated. I treated it as a start date, not a setback, and began building the next day.
Since then I've shipped four things: a live consumer app, a consultancy, a B2B tool in validation, and a channel that makes AI approachable for everyone. The same instinct runs through all of them — find a real problem, build the smallest useful thing that solves it, put it in front of people, and improve it from there.
I move fast because I'd rather learn from something real than perfect something on paper. That's the person you'd be hiring — or the one who'll get practical AI actually working in your business.
